Blipol was founded in 2017 when its two founders, Mercedes Bruned and Andrea Lacoma, put their common factor at the service of companies: a passion for technology and people.
Both Mercedes and Andrea came from technology sectors, with many years of experience behind them in different countries, when they decided to embark on this adventure. Both saw clearly what data could contribute to talent management and how it could help companies in their decision-making.
That adventure materialized, and today, Blipol is a company in constant growth and with a long history ahead.
